After popular demand from our drone clients, we are now pleased to offer ground based photography and videography using our Sony a7 IV camera. Whether it's promotional material for your website and social media pages, campaign videos and customer testimonials or simply some high quality images of your staff. We will tailor our services to your needs.

Booking:
Once requirements & price has been agreed, Elevate will conduct a site risk assessment to ensure it is safe to fly regarding laws and seek out any potential hazards. In a rare circumstances, Elevate may not be able to conduct the work safely meaning the job will not proceed.
Weather:
We will continually monitor the weather forecast 7 days in advance of the shoot. The shoot will be confirmed 48 hours before, weather permitting.
Due to unforeseen weather circumstances (rain & high winds) it may not be possible to fly outdoors on the agreed date, therefore we will reschedule the shoot to the next suitable date at no additional cost.
Because of the unpredictable UK weather we understand the importance of flexibility for the service we provide.
Deposit and Cancelation Policy:
We require a deposit of 25% upon booking, with the remainder paid once the shoot is completed. If the client cancels the shoot less than 7 days of the scheduled date the 25% deposit will not be refunded.
Copyright & Material Use:
Elevate Drone Videography retains the copyright of all aerial photography and filmed content.
Buyout of footage for specific filming contracts can be negotiated upon request. Any and all soundtracks used will be licensed.
Clients have full use of all photography and filmed material for their own business promotion, media, print, marketing, advertising and website use. In our terms of service, clients are permitted to use all material in conjunction with their media, print and advertising suppliers. Clients are not permitted to sell the material or allow general 3rd party use without prior agreement with us.
Elevate Drone Videography promotes business and services via a diverse combination of media channels. We reserve the right to use any video footage or photograph still images for our own PR purposes, on our website, in printed material and on social media.
With regard to client confidentiality, Elevate Drone Videography pledges not use any video footage or photographs until the client has given us permission to do so. We also reserve the right to supply video footage and photographs to stock libraries at a later date.
